Hi — I'm the founder of Simple Reso, and I'm also a restaurant owner myself. I built this out of my own frustration: I was tired of handing my guest relationships (and a cut of every cover) over to big reservation marketplaces, and paying steep monthly fees for systems far more complicated than I actually needed. I wanted something simpler and lower cost — a way to take reservations directly, keep my customers my own, and skip the marketplace middleman entirely.
